The best feeling ever when you prove a doubter wrong pavlova THAT CAN BE DONE IN THE SLOW COOKER just need to dress this bad boy and the doubter won't be getting any cause they just peeved me off. Recipe
6 eggs seperated
1 1/4 cups caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract or essence
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons cornflour
Seperate eggs
Line cooker with baking paper
Whisk whites till soft peaks form
Gradually add sugar spoonful at a time until it's all dissolved
Then add remaining ingredients till just combined
Put into lined cooker
Teatowel under lid low for 1 to 2 hours check after 1st hour some cookers take longer some are quicker mine took 2 hours
