This Italian Meatballs Recipe is great for Spaghetti and Meatballs.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Combine bread crumbs, milk and egg.
Mix the beef with remaining ingredients.
Gradually add egg mixture to the beef and mix together until well blended and smooth textured.
Shape into balls and saute in small amount of olive oil.
Saute until browned.
