This stir-fried dish is quick to cook and is very suitable for lunch or dinner accompany with a dish of green vegetable and a bowl of soup.
Ingredients: 500 gm meduim size fresh prawns,peeled shells and deveined1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon sugar1/4 teaspoon MSG1 tablespoon black soya sauce1 teaspoon cornflour mix with a little watersome cucumber and chinese parsley
Method: Marinate prawns with soya sauce and MSK. Set aside. Heat enough oil to fry prawns till cooke. Set aside.
Remove oil from wok and leave 1 tablespoon oil and saute garlic until fragrant.Add in prawns and stir-fry a minute, follow by the rest of the ingredients except cornflourand cucumber.Add half bowl of water and cook until it boils.
Add cornflour mixture to thicken sauce.Simmer till boil and remove. Garnish with cucumber slices and parley.
